This website is operated by Andrea Hill Yoga, a sole trader based in Duxford, Cambridge, UK. Andrea Hill is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

We collect personal data in the following ways:

• Contact form — your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message, so we can respond to your enquiry.
• Newsletter signup — your email address, so we can send you updates about classes, retreats and events.
• Admin authentication — cookies required for site administration via Supabase. These are not set for regular visitors.

We do not collect payment information through this website. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

We process your data on the legal basis of consent (when you submit a form or subscribe) and legitimate interest (to respond to your enquiries). Specifically:

• Contact form submissions are used solely to reply to your enquiry.
• Newsletter subscriptions are used to send periodic updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

• Contact form data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted in the EU).
• Newsletter data is managed by Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., US-based). Mailchimp participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

This website uses only essential cookies for admin authentication (Supabase). No tracking, analytics or advertising cookies are used. Regular visitors will not have any cookies set.

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

As a UK/EU resident, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct any inaccurate data.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data.
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.
