The Location
The Catalan countryside just outside Girona, roughly ninety minutes north of Barcelona. Rolling farmland, walnut groves and the foothills of the Pyrenees on the horizon. Close enough to reach easily from Girona airport, yet deeply secluded once you arrive.
The Venue
A beautifully restored traditional Catalan farmhouse reimagined with considered, contemporary design. The estate sits within forty acres of its own grounds and feels immediately calming — understated luxury without a hint of pretension. Between sessions you have a sixteen-metre salt swimming pool, a wood-lined sauna and a Japanese-style hot tub, all for our exclusive use.
Accommodation
Nine ensuite king bedrooms, each individually designed with natural materials, high ceilings and views over the surrounding countryside. Rooms can be arranged as doubles or twins to suit sole occupancy or sharing.
The Food
Our private chef prepares everything from scratch using produce grown in the estate's own organic kitchen garden and fresh local ingredients. The menu is entirely plant-based, free from gluten, refined sugar and dairy. Expect a daily rhythm of brunch, a light lunch and a generous evening meal — vibrant, seasonal cooking with Mediterranean flavours throughout.
The Practice
We'll practise in a dedicated studio with hardwood floors, lofted timber ceilings and doors that open onto a sheltered courtyard garden. Morning sessions begin with breathwork and meditation before moving into a flowing vinyasa. Afternoons are slower and more restorative, giving the body time to absorb the work.
Social
This retreat is designed for those who want to truly switch off. Between sessions, settle into a lounger by the pool, book a massage or reflexology treatment with the onsite therapists, or simply find a quiet corner and read. Girona's medieval old town is just thirty minutes away and well worth exploring before or after the retreat.

Cancellation Policy
The booking deposit is non-refundable. Full payment is due 2 months prior to departure. Payments can only be accepted in pounds sterling. If something unavoidable happens I will try to help you, but if you cancel after payment of final balance, no refund is possible. Much of my work happens before we go, so I still incur the costs and do the work entailed. To give you the best possible experience, I put a lot of work into organising the programme and designing the yoga to suit participants. You must take out your own travel insurance when you book (not just before you travel) so that if anything does happen, you will be able to reclaim your losses.
